Promises Stars Chenoweth & Hayes Thank You for 'The Coolest Award You Can Get'

Last month, Broadway fans everywhere decided which of their favorites of the 2009-2010 season deserved Broadway.com Audience Awards and now it's time to give out some trophies! First up on our series of honoree acceptance speeches are two big-time winners: Promises, Promises cuties Kristin Chenoweth and Sean Hayes. Chenoweth triumphed in two categories this year (Favorite Leading Actress in a Musical and Favorite Diva Performance), bringing her all-time Audience Award total to four wins (she was previously honored for Wicked and The Apple Tree). Broadway newcomer Hayes won for Favorite Breakthrough Performance for his hilarious leading man turn in the show. The terrific twosome also accepted the Favorite Broadway Musical Revival award on behalf of their producers and director/choreographer Rob Ashford. See the speech for yourself below!
